Terms of Service Agreement

1. Agreement to Legal Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the DramaWin application (the "Application"), developed by Xfreebies (the "Service Provider") as a free service. By accessing or using the Services, which include the website located at https://dramawinshorts.com and any associated mobile applications and products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue all usage of the Services.

2. User Registration

You may be required to register or use an account to gain access to specific features of the Services, including reward, task, or withdrawal-related pages where available. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to reclaim or modify usernames if we determine they are inappropriate.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, such as a bot or script; (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, and related materials, as well as trademarks and logos, are owned by us or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

5. Our Services

The Services provide short drama viewing, video browsing, reward or task pages, advertising-supported features, withdrawal-related pages where available, and launcher-related functions. The information and features provided through the Services are intended for personal use only and should not be distributed in jurisdictions where such use would be illegal.

6. Mobile Application License

If you access the Services via the Application, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on devices that you own or control. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from the Application, modify the Application, use the Application for unauthorized commercial purposes, or use automated means to access or use the Application.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from your use of the Services or related to these Legal Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and dispute resolution procedures. Certain disputes, such as those involving intellectual property rights, may be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to remove or reject reviews at our discretion.

11. Advertisers

We may allow third-party advertisers to display advertisements on the Services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of advertisements or any related claims. The presence of advertisements does not imply endorsement from us.

12. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or content that we do not control or monitor. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party content and that accessing such content is at your own risk. You should review the third parties' terms and privacy policies.

13. Modifications and Interruptions

17. Launchers and Uninstallation Instructions

Launchers are applications designed to enhance your home screen experience by providing customization options. Once installed or selected as the default launcher, DramaWin may modify the layout, icons, or arrangement of your existing applications. Your applications remain accessible and may be located in the app drawer, which can usually be accessed by swiping up on your device or tapping an app grid icon.

Note: Our team focuses on creating launcher experiences that provide access to short drama content, reward pages, task pages, and installed apps. If you are unsatisfied with the Application or require assistance uninstalling it, please use your device settings or Google Play's standard uninstall process. This process can restore your home screen to its previous launcher state.

Please keep in mind that, due to limitations inherent to devices and platforms, we are unable to modify subscription, reward, withdrawal, or launcher settings on your behalf.
